Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:
You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal on our website using the electronic withdrawal function provided there. To do this, use the easily accessible button labeled "Revoke contract," which is always available on the website. If you use this option, you will be guided through a short form and will confirm your declaration by clicking the "Confirm revocation" button. We will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g., by email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract (e.g., providing the credit or transmitting the activation code) after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal by giving your consent to the commencement of performance of the contract.
